Quality Assurance Manager--Cincinnati

We’re currently seeking a Quality Manager to oversee the production process to ensure that all products meet standards set by the Quality Management Team in accordance with ISO and IATF and customer specific requirements. Duties include developing and implementing approved quality control tests, inspecting products at specific stages, documenting production issues, and overseeing all ISO and IATF requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Quality Management Systems:
    • Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive quality management system to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance processes.
    • Maintain and update quality documentation, including inspection reports, procedures and records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and analyze the effectiveness of quality control processes.
  • Audits and Inspections:
    • Plan and conduct internal and external quality audits to assess compliance with quality standards, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with regulatory agencies and customers during inspections.
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes, materials and finished products to identify and rectify defects or deviations from quality standards.
    • Oversee IATF and ISO 9001 certifications and audit processes.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Analyze quality data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Lead initiatives to enhance processes and systems, driving continuous improvement in quality and efficiency.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Establish and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including standard operating procedures (SPOs) and quality manuals.
    • Prepare comprehensive quality performance reports for management review.
  • Training and Development:
    • Provide training on quality processes and standards to employees at all levels.
    • Forst a culture of quality awareness and accountability within the organization.
  • Supplier Quality Management:
    • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components, conducting supplier audits when necessary.
    • Interface with cross-functional team to assist supply chain regarding vendor related quality issues.
    • Implement and maintain a robust supplier quality management program.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    • Monitor customer feedback and work closely with customer support teams to address quality-related issues.

We are currently seeking a new Receptionist/Office Assistant to greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.  The Receptionist/Office Assistant will also interact with the company’s customers by answering calls, addressing inquiries and other CSR related responsibilities.

Responsibilities
As a Receptionist/Office Assistant for TPC, you would be responsible to:

  • Greet clients, visitors, and guests; determine the purpose of each person’s visit and direct guests to the appropriate location.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, general emails and faxes to staff; take messages and maintain conference room schedules.
  • Receive mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and deliver or distribute items.
  • Daily sort and process all outgoing mail; affix appropriate postage using postage meter; transport to mail area for postal pickup.
  • Update postage meter as required.
  • Perform administrative and clerical support tasks including attendance recordkeeping.
  • Enter customer orders received via email or fax.
  • Field customer questions and inquiries; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forward to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
  • Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.

Education/Experience
The ideal candidate will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; AA/AS degree preferred.
  • Prior customer service/receptionist experience.

Skills

Sourcing/Procurement Manager--Cincinnati

We are seeking a Sourcing/Procurement Specialist to take overall responsibility of start to end procurement and sourcing process, as well as total cost ownership. The Specialist will maintain acceptable inventory levels and product flow; provide and validate proper documentation flowing from our vendor to our customer– especially in our automotive supply chain, as well as provide and track conflict resolution on backorders, short ships, and delays. The Specialist will research and develop inventory optimization strategies within the organization.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities for the Sourcing Procurement Specialist include:

  • Source special request from sales that are out of our current core competencies.
  • Negotiate and defend pricing, quantity, and delivery schedules.
  • Manage inventory level and PO flow.
  • Analyze and track spend.
  • Report up market commodity movement and trends.
  • Work with key stakeholders to exceed customer expectations on delivery and quality.
  • Evaluate areas for cost savings.

Education/Experience
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  •  2+ years of Purchasing, Sourcing, Supply Chain experience in the tape and specialty film arena.
  • CPP or equivalent certification desirable.
  • Experience using ERP systems.
