1st Shift Converting Machine Operator

This position is for 1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm.
We are looking for an experienced material conversion machine operator that has previously worked in the converting industry. Machine Operators will operate various converting equipment to die cut films, tapes, and industrial materials, rewind and slit pressure sensitive tapes. Operator responsibilities include maintaining production runs and visually inspecting finished product as it is being produced to ensure quality and consistency.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate various types of machines including rotary die cutter, single lathe slitter, slitter/rewinder, flexo printing, and flash cut table.
  • Review work orders to understand scope and parameters of scheduled jobs.
  • Determine material quantities required for each job.
  • Align and configure machine. This includes troubleshooting issues and making basic repairs.
  • Inspect production samples to evaluate quality ensuring conformity to specifications.
  • Package finished material in specified cartons.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in converting industry or related industry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to physically operate machinery. This involves bending and kneeling frequently, standing for long periods of time, and being able to lift up to 65 pounds at a time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Pay Range:$21-27/hour

Warehouse Associate

We are currently looking for a warehouse associate to join our Cincinnati team! As a warehouse associate, your daily tasks include receiving and processing incoming materials & products, loading and unloading trucks and containers, and organizing, staging, and preparing finished products for shipping. This is full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm position.

  • Support shipping and receiving operations, including unloading trucks, inspecting goods for damage, verifying purchase orders, and recording received items in inventory systems.
  • Transfer materials or items from receiving or storage locations to designated areas for shipment.
  • Organize and place incoming inventory on shelves or racks in an efficient and orderly manner.
  • Fulfill orders by selecting items from inventory, preparing them on carts or pallets for packing and shipping.
  • Transport prepared orders to shipment staging areas.
  • Process outgoing shipments using UPS manifest systems or designated LTL platforms, ensuring proper labeling and generating required documentation such as Bills of Lading (BOL).
  • Conduct physical inventory counts and support inventory cycle counting processes.
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies and address hold issues promptly.
  • Handle returned merchandise for customer credit processing.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to incorrect shipments or problematic orders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment conducive to smooth operations and accessible for team members and customers.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read and interpret packing slips/receiving documents and enter correct information into computer;
  • Basic math skills- addition, subtraction, multiplication, division;
  • Knowledge of freight carriers, classifications, forms, and logistics terminology;
  • Familiarity with material handling equipment and packaging methods;
  • Experience with UPS/Carrier online software or PC based systems is desirable;
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Forklift certification preferred

Pay Range: $19-$23/hour

Procurement Manager 

The Procurement Manager oversees the full sourcing and purchasing lifecycle, ensuring cost‑effective decisions and strong supplier performance. This role is responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory levels, supporting smooth product flow, and ensuring accurate documentation from vendors through to customers. The position also manages and resolves issues related to back‑orders, short‑ships, and delivery delays.
Working under the general direction of the Director of Procurement, this role exercises independent judgment in daily operations and provides leadership to a team of 3–4 procurement staff members.
  • Lead and develop a team of 3–4 Buyers, providing guidance and performance support.
  • Source non‑standard or specialty items requested by the sales team outside core product lines.
  • Negotiate pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules to ensure competitive and reliable supply.
  • Oversee inventory levels and manage purchase order activity to maintain consistent product flow.
  • Partner with vendors to resolve issues related to orders, shipments, or documentation.
  • Monitor and report on commodity market trends and movements.
  • Analyze purchasing data and track spend to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet and exceed customer expectations for delivery and quality.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Experience in influence management, project management, creative problem solving and cross-functional team building.
  • Strong decision making and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with International Sourcing
  • Ability to gather and interpret data from multiple sources to optimize decision making and continuous improvement.
  • Project management experience being responsible from start-to-finish, complete product ownership.
  • Proficient technology skills, including Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel, VLOOKUP’s, formula relationships, Pivot Tables, Graphs, etc.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or similar field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of Purchasing, Sourcing and Supply Chain experience, preferably in the tape and specialty film arena.
  • CPP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Annual Salary Range:  $90,000-$110,000

Sales Development Rep

The Sales Development Rep (SDR) will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers via telephone, email and virtual connections, understanding customer needs and ensuring a smooth sales process.  The SDR will be a knowledge base of the company’s products and services to offer the best sales experience to prospects and customers.  The SDR’s main function is to be a driven problem solver, identify new sales opportunities, build relationships and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.

  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine next steps for each prospect moving forward.
  • Communicate with customers; make outbound calls to potential customers; follow up on leads.
  • Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Answer potential customers’ questions and send additional information as required.
  • Keep up with product and service information and updates.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of current and potential customers.  Record all progress in CRM system.
  • Explain and demonstrate features of products and services.
  • Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers.
  • Stay informed about competing products and services.
  • Upsell products and services.
  • Research and qualify new leads.
  • Close sales and achieve sales targets.

Packaging Equipment Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automation Packaging Sales Specialist to join our automation team. This individual will play a key role in driving sales of our innovative packaging solutions to a diverse range of industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in packaging machinery and a proven track record in sales, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the packaging equipment sector.
  • Develop, manage, and close a sales pipeline generated through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events and trade shows.
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and expertise to potential clients, understanding their unique needs and offering customized packaging solutions.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends using our CRM tools.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the packaging, industrial equipment, or manufacturing sector.
  • Proven experience in selling packaging machinery or related products is highly preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of packaging equipment and automation systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events as required.
  • Proficient in CRM software
